CrossFit was developed by coach Greg Glassman. Some of the world’s fittest athletes train using CrossFit and can be seen in the annual CrossFit games.  Many people often use the word ‘fitness’ but without really defining it. However CrossFit define the word fitness as increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains.

 

CrossFit is sometimes defined by its community and team work and is therefore offered as small group training sessions with us at Richard Harris Performance. You will perform some of the famous CrossFit workout’s of the day, specific fitness and timed challenges.. you will never get bored of training CrossFit!

Richard Harris Performance Limited will also incorporate some of the CrossFit concepts into your normal one to one personal training. You will also be able to focus purely on training using the CrossFit methodologies.
